We are currently seeking compassionate, qualified, and culturally sensitive professionals to join our team as Counsellors and Mentors within our expanding virtual support programs. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about guiding others through life’s challenges, offering therapeutic support, and mentoring diverse individuals from around the world.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Facilitate virtual counselling sessions focused on stress, depression, anxiety, and emotional resilience
Provide mentorship and personal development guidance tailored to individual goals and cultural contexts
Lead group support circles and wellness workshops across time zones
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions
Collaborate with Unisphere’s global team to enhance program delivery and participant engagement
Contribute to resource development, including self-help materials and wellness content
🔹 Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field
Certification or licensure in counselling, psychotherapy, or coaching (where applicable)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in counselling, mentoring, or wellness facilitation
Strong communication skills and ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
Proficiency in virtual platforms and digital communication tools
Multilingual abilities are a plus

Experience with trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based techniques
Familiarity with global mental health trends and cross-cultural dynamics
Ability to adapt therapeutic and mentoring styles to virtual environments
